Standard Cremation
Everything you need for cremation. Includes: Removal from place of death, staff services, refrigeration, cremation, cremation container (required by OSHA), filing of death certificate and permit, free death certificate for veteran, and local delivery of ashes to church or cemetery for service.

Cremation with Memorial Service
Includes standard cremation, use of our facility for memorial service for  up to 75 people, register book and 100 printed memorial folders. (evening, weekend, and holidays for an additional fee).

Cremation With Funeral and Viewing
Full Funeral with viewing, ending in cremation. Includes: All items from our Standard Cremation, plus: embalming, preparation, dressing, services of director, rental casket, memorial package, hearse, funeral service, and 1 hour viewing just prior to the service in our chapel or at the family's church. If the family does not have a church, we will arrange one for a modest donation. (Evenings, weekends, and holidays, for an additional fee.)

Burial Of Ashes At National Cemeteries in Ohio
At no cost to the family, we will handle all arrangements at Dayton VA National Cemetery or Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery: Establish eligibility for veteran and reserve space for spouse, order gravespace and engraved headstone, reserve shelter for committal service, and secure all available military honors and flag for the veteran.

Burial of the Urn at Sea
At a minimal cost to the family, we will handle all arrangements with the United States Navy Mortuary Affairs to complete the "Burial at Sea Request Package" on behalf of the family. Please note that family members are not permitted to attend committal ceremonies aboard Naval vessels. Note that the Navy requires a "sinkable" Urn for the ceremony, we have many you can choose from which are appropriate to the ceremony.
